WARRANTY Harmonic Research warrants the entire product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. During this period, repairs or replacement will be made at no cost to the consumer for parts or labor, providing no disassembly or repair has been attempted and your entire unit is returned for analysis and repair. After 90 days, technical assistance, repair, replacements and upgrades will be available for a reasonable amount. BUY-BACK Products will be bought back from the customer for any reason for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery for 80% of the purchase price. LIABILITY Harmonic Research, its suppliers and marketers do not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the results of the use of this product. The use of this equipment shall be totally at your own risk. In no event will Harmonic Research, its suppliers or marketers be liable to you or any other persons or animals for any losses or damages or other direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this program or associated hardware, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages. LIMITATIONS The frequency generating software may only be used on the notebook computer supplied by Harmonic Research and may not be sold, copied or given to any other person. This software is licensed “AS IS” without any warranty, of any kind. CAUTIONS When using equipment supplied by Harmonic Research, its suppliers and marketers, please be aware that use or abuse of this product could potentially be dangerous to animals when diagnosed as terminally ill. Please use common sense, stick to known frequencies and durations, and allow enough time for detox between sessions.
